Hi, I’m Reena, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and founder of RDA Psychology Practice. Alongside my team of associates, I offer psychological therapy, consultation and training rooted in trauma‑informed, neuro-affirming, and evidence‑informed practice. I offer an integrative approach that focuses on the therapeutic relationship, drawing on Trauma Focused therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy and/or Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Through collaborative formulation, we make sense of your experiences and create a care plan tailored to your needs and strengths.

I am Geena, a Senior Clinical Psychologist for RDA Psychology Practice. I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and hold membership with the Associates of Clinical Psychologists UK. Over time, I have trained and worked across the lifespan with children, adults and families. My clinical experience has varied across different settings including older adults with dementia, people with intellectual disabilities, neurodivergence, mother and baby and perinatal. My current clinical role is within an NHS Specialist Children and Adolescent Service.

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist for RDA Psychology Practice. I have experience working in helping clients with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma and family conflicts. I believe you are the expert of your story, and the aim of the work is assisting you in taking the steps towards change. I am here to support and empower people in that journey, walking alongside them. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative approaches to trauma, Psychodynamic understanding, and Systemic frameworks when supporting couples and navigating relational conflict. I am trained in CBT Trauma Focused, which is a recommended as per NICE for Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD). I am also trained in conducting Autism Assessments and offer specialist assessment in a multi-disciplinary setting. I offer psychological therapy to autistic people and consultations to parents seeking understanding and support. My areas of interest include but are not limited to Trauma, Complex Trauma, Post natal mental health, Anxiety, Depression, Family/ Relationships, Couples work and Neuro-developmental conditions including Autism.

Hi, my name is Daveena and I am a Senior Psychologist at RDA Psychology Practice. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and am registered with the Health Care and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am committed to providing a compassionate, safe and flexible space for those seeking psychological therapy. I have worked across a variety of settings and different presentations including Depression, Anxiety, Personality, Trauma and Psychosis. I have worked in primary care, chronic pain, specialist setting such as Orthopaedic Hospitals, Maternity and Peri-Natal services and charity settings for children and adults. In my current role in the NHS, I am a Senior Counselling Psychologist for a Mood, Anxiety and Personality Service offering specialist clinical assessments, supervision of clinicians, working in multi-disciplinary teams and implementing specialist family intervention groups.

Psychology Assistant

Hi, I’m Inayah, and I am at Psychology Assistant at RDA Psychology. My role involves developing accessible, evidence‑based resources and social media content to support individuals seeking psychological interventions. I contribute across the practice through administrative support, co‑ordinating training courses, reviewing client feedback, and assisting Psychologists during clinical assessments. Alongside my role, I am studying Psychology and am deeply passionate about mental health, with a commitment to increasing awareness and strengthening support within communities.

I am a Practice Manager, I oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the service, ensuring that clients, clinicians, and partners experience a smooth, supportive, and responsive journey with our practice. My role spans service co‑ordination, operational leadership, maintaining high standards of accessibility, and excellent client and partner experience. I work closely with our clinical team to create an environment where our associates can focus on doing what they do best, delivering evidence based clinical interventions, counselling or psychological therapy. It is imperative that our clients are welcomed, respected, and well‑informed. I am committed to fostering a compassionate, organised, and trauma‑informed practice culture that supports both staff wellbeing and exceptional client experience.
